Account and your email

To use Epic Memes you create an account with your email address (magic link or Google sign-in). You agree to provide a valid email and to keep access to that inbox for sign-in messages. You are responsible for activity under your account. How we use your email is described in our Privacy Policy: we collect it to run your account and we do not sell it.

The service

Epic Memes provides tools to create and share memes and related content, including optional connections to third-party platforms (such as X). Features, limits, and pricing may change; we will try to give reasonable notice for material changes where practical.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to break the law, harm others, infringe intellectual property, spam, attempt unauthorized access, or overload our systems. You are responsible for content you publish through connected platforms and must follow those platforms' rules.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). Fees, billing cycle, and cancellation are shown at checkout and in your billing settings. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow applicable law and the payment provider's rules unless we state otherwise.

Limitation of liability
